- Technical issues preventing access to paid content
- Service unavailability for more than 48 hours
- Cancellation within 24 hours of purchase (if unused)
❌ Non-Refundable Cases:
- Change of mind after accessing paid content
- Failure in examinations
- Dissatisfaction with free content quality
- Partial usage of subscription period
- Expired subscriptions
